Cancel your Membership

we are very sorry to hear this, and would love (once you've cancelled your suscription) to know the reasons so we can improve our service.

This is the process you have to follow. Remember we don't handle your data or your subscriptions, the payment system, CCBill, does.

Go to www.support.ccbill.com

Indicate your payment method (credit card), and 2 of the following data so they can find your subscription: e-mail, credit card number, suscription ID.
Click on Search , and then on Cancel once your subscription is found. And that's it!
